The Nice Carnival

Nice will highlight the treasures of our world heritage during the 150th edition of its traditional Carnival on the theme "King of the World's Treasures". On the programme: carnival floats and flower battles, to make you experience a monumental moment! Two weeks and three weekends of festivities to discover Nice, from 10 to 26 February 2023.

After a colourful 2022 edition, the Carnival returns with a bang to celebrate Nice's inscription as a "Riviera winter resort city" on the Unesco World Heritage list and also the 150th anniversary of the event.

Each year, the Nice Carnival presents spectacular and creative parades, while offering the opportunity to discover or rediscover the charms of Nice and the French Riviera in winter.

Born in 1876 on the Promenade des Anglais, the flower battles pay tribute to floral traditions and local producers.
