D2 Paris highlights and the Ile de la Cité (20 km)
After breakfast enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of Paris taking in such iconic sights as the Champs Elysées, the Arc de Triomphe, the Grands Boulevards, the Invalides and the Eiffel Tower. Visit the Chapel of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. Continue your tour of Paris in the historic centre of the Ile de la Cite and admire Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral. In the evening take to the river Seine for a magical ‘bateau mouche’ boat cruise. Overnight.
D3 Saint Therese of Lisieux (420 km)
Breakfast then head for Normandy and Lisieux for a guided tour of the Basilica dedicated to Saint Therese, with its mosaics walls. Return to Paris at the end of the afternoon for your overnight stay.
D4 Versailles - Montmartre and the Basilica of the Sacred Heart (60 km)
After breakfast your audio-guided tour of the Palace of Versailles. Free time to visit the fabulous French Gardens and park. Return to Paris. Free time to explore the historic and colourful Montmartre district and the imposing Basilica of the Sacred Heart. Dinner and overnight.
D5 Paris - Lourdes (by train or by plane)
After breakfast transfer to Lourdes. Dinner and overnight.
D6 Holy Shrines and Sanctuaries of Lourdes
Breakfast the free time to explore the Marian city of Lourdes, the Cave of the Apparitions - site of Bernadette’s visions of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and the various different churches. After dinner, take part in the Torchlight Marian Procession which sets off from the grotto. Overnight in Lourdes.
D7 Lourdes
Breakfast then a free day to explore the Marian city. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
D8 Lourdes
Breakfast then transfer to the train station or airport.
