We take our seats in Fjord 36 at Marseille’s Quai d’Honneur, located at the foot of the InterContinental Marseille–Hôtel Dieu. This historic establishment is perched on Panier hill, the oldest district of the city.

Lionel Levy trained with world-renowned chefs including Eric Fréchon and Alain Ducasse. A Marseillais born and bred, he’s a true advocate of using produce from the local terroir to create exciting flavour combinations.
