Guided tours, live shows, screenings, tastings... As night falls, more than a thousand museums across France wake up to offer visitors original and friendly artistic experiences as part of European Museum Night. See you on 18 May 2024 for the twentieth edition.

Who hasn't dreamt of being locked away in a museum in the evening, enjoying its collections in complete peace and quiet? It's a dream that the European Museum Night brings close to reality. For this annual event, some 3,000 sites across Europe - including 1,300 in France - open their doors from dusk until around midnight, offering a programme of activities based around their collections.

An unmissable - and free! - for people who are eager and curious about culture to discover something new or to take a break from the big museums!
