On the Balagne Route in Corsica
Representing all the landscape characteristics of the coast and the hinterland, the Balagne is a mini-Corsica within Corsica. The Balagne Wine Route leads you along the fi ne white sand beaches of the coast - between Calvi and Ile-Rousse - and to the small villages perched in the hinterland. The vines breathe in the sea air and the perfumes of the scrubland, giving birth to wines available directly during a stop-off in a vineyard, or on the terrace of a local café.

The Fronton Wine Route in the South-West
25 Domaines and Châteaux have signed up to a scheme to welcome visitors to explore their estates. This wine tourism trail was set up in 2008: a detailed map is available from tourist offices and Wine Houses. This initiative has been designed to help the public discover Fronton’s vineyards and heritage.

Explore the Jura on a bike-hike
The Jura County Tourist Board has come up with a package specifi cally designed for bikers, with a selection of the Jura’s most beautiful roads, which comes with a road-book and a detailed Michelin map! The Vine Train in Anjou
Setting off from the tasting cellar at Chalonne-sur-Loire, the “Little Train” joins the Anjou Tourist Wine Route, travelling through picturesque villages and beautiful vistas over the Loire and Layon Valleys. With a commentary, and plenty of anecdotes from the driver, the trip ends with a wine tasting.

In the Reims Mountain Vineyards
The guided tour by “Little Train” runs from Chaméry’s Wine Cellar. Along the route through the vineyards, fi nd out about the work of the producers and their know-how, the village of Chaméry, and enjoy the incredible views of the hillsides of the Montagne de Reims vineyards. The journey continues on foot to explore the champagne cellars, and ends with a tasting session.
