About 20 drawings, statues, dioramas, objects and original works are brought together to evoke the first years of Napoleon Bonaparte and recall the conditions and the main stages of the life of the young student who became an officer and later emperor. For more discoveries, the Rencontres Napoléoniennes will take place on September 8th for a day around the First Empire punctuated with entertainment to discover the Napoleon Museum during a stay in Champagne.

For the summer season Aube in Champagne, Land of Great Men, unveils three exhibitions around emblematic figures that have marked the department: Renoir, whose holiday home was located in Essoyes, typical village of Champagne; Camille Claudel, who made his first artistic steps in Nogent-sur-Seine; and in a more historical register, Napoleon.
