Paris, star of the cinema
The City of Light inspires film makers and many of its neighbourhoods have been used as décors for films. Let's look at the places where some of your favourite scenes were filmed.
Champs Elysées : The “most beautiful avenue in the world” has of course appeared in many films: in The King of the Champs-Elysées with Buster Keaton, Remontons les Champs-Elysées by Sacha Guitry, Taxi 2, Les chevaliers du ciel… At the very top of the avenue, at the place de l'Etoile, we see Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman, the heroes of Casablanca. © AFP
