For more than 15 years, Paris has celebrated contemporary art for one night, during which art bloom in city. This year, for the 16th edition, four trails will be proposed to visitors. Called "Constellation", each trail rely on capital's monuments or remarkable spots, which will be decorated for a while with monumental, living or quirky works.

As a reconfiguration of the 'Super Kilomètre" designed by the Studio UY077 for the biannual in Dakar, the "Constellation' of the Invalides goes through Paris and its great monuments, from the Hôtel des Invalides, from which it takes its name. From the musée de l'Armée(Army museum), it goes to the Alexandre III Bridge, the Petit and Grand Palais, until the Espace Pierre Cardin, at the end of the Champs-Elysées. A trail staked with artistic performances and entertainments.

The "Constellation" of Ile Saint-Louis begins at Collège des Bernardins, where a huge work designed by Abdelkader Benchamma takes place, and continues on the Parisian island with plenty of woeks in unexpected places, then the Hôtel de Ville and the Cité des Arts, before reaching the Halles.

The Villette park also has its own "Constellation." From the Philharmony to the Cité des Sciences, strollers are invited to walk down the park's paths, which are providing a testing ground where music is celebrated. The young audience is also welcomed with dedicated entertainments at the Cité des Enfants and Little Villette.

Finally, the fourth and last 'Constellation" gravitates around the Porte Dorée, in the Eastern part of Paris. It begins at the Elisa Lemommier highschool, where the choregraph Eric Minh Cuong Castaing presents a participative performance called "Nuit de la danse sensorielle" (Night of the sensory dance). the trail continues along the Daumesnil lake's banks to reach the Zoologic park of Paris, whose famous Great Rock is put forward.

Before the event's opening, the Gare de Lyon train station will be hosting a new installation under the Hall 2 canopies.
